About Pencil Shading is a creative and practical art workshop for teens and adults where participants learn how to make drawings look realistic through tones, shadows and pencil techniques. It is a strong foundation for anyone who wants to improve sketching and understand the basics of light and form.
In this Pencil Shading Workshop, participants will learn pencil control, basic sketching, light and shadow, hatching strokes, tonal values, blending and texture effects. They may work on simple objects, natural elements, still life, animals or other drawing subjects to practice shading in a guided way.
